“Sfouggato” (scrambled eggs of Crete)

• eggs (10-12)
• zucchinis (1 kg.)
• tomatoes (300gr)
• feta cheese (150gr.)
• milk
• olive oil
• salt & pepper



Beat the eggs with milk and salt and pepper.
Chop the tomatoes.
Crush the feta cheese.
Cut the zucchinis in round slices, salt them and put them in slightly hot oil.
Once they turn brown, add the beaten eggs, the tomato and the feta cheese.

Kids’ participation
It is suggested, always at the discretion of the parent or responsible adults and depending on the kid’s age, that children participate by beating the eggs, adding the cheese and vegetables and seasoning.
